      As the Accounts Payable Team Lead (12-month contract) you will support in accurately executing accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, adherence to financial policies, and fostering positive vendor relationships, while leading and mentoring the accounts payable team to achieve operational excellence.

      What you'll do:

      • Oversee Team: Guide and support the US and Rest of World AP teams
      • Manage Credits: Monitor and manage all credits in accounts payable
      • Vendor Issues: Investigate and resolve vendors on payment hold
      • Month-End Tasks: Execute month-end tasks and reconciliations
      • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process efficiencies
      • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to payment policies
      • Reporting: Prepare and present accounts payable reports
      • Hiring & Training: Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews
      • Mentorship: Develop team members and foster growth
      • Department Updates: Provide updates on department health
      • Documentation: Ensure adequate SOP and process flow documentation

      What you have:

      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks
      • Keen interest in solving problems and identifying process improvements
      • Minimum 7 years of experience in accounts payable
      • Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships BU partners
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
      • Skilled in conflict resolution and able to humbly communicate messages
      • Effectively delegate tasks in line with team member skill sets
      • Lead with confidence and openness to learn from others

The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
