What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter a high volume of invoices into the system for payment processing
- Perform 10-key data entry accurately and efficiently
- Manage accounts payable invoicing responsibilities
- Interact with assigned facilities and vendors to resolve invoicing issues
- Reconcile accounts payable statements to ensure accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
