Job Description
- Req#: 25-37762
- Handle check runs and disseminate payments as directed
- Facilitate the processing of returned payments
- Assist team with audit and special projects.
- Communicate with division personnel, suppliers, and other employees.
- File, sort and organize payments
- Experience in high volume processing/accounting environment
- Three or more years’ experience with Accounts Payable in a large organization
- Experience working in Oracle Accounts Payable module. Nice to have.

• General knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Intermediate level PC skills with knowledge of Windows & Microsoft software applications.
• Sound analytical and mathematical skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Possess a high degree of initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent ability to organize and prioritize job tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Speed and accuracy in 10 key data input.
