- Perform all necessary audit to check and reconcile all Accounts Receivable records to ensure due diligence was performed by the Collections team prior late-stage activities (write-off, etc.).
- Work collaboratively with Collections teams and other internal groups to ensure alignment on customer updates.
- Prepare all reports related to suspension, termination and/or Third-Party Collection processes.
- Manually review Suspend and Write-off Reports.
- Send reviewed reports to RPA as per agreed frequency.
- Suggest & implement improvements to current practice.
- Understand and follow established Accounts Receivable ways-of-working.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Collections/Accounts Receivable, General/Cost Accounting, or equivalent.
- Work experience in a BPO industry is an advantage (Order to Cash, Customer Service and similar).
- Very good communication skills with excellent customer service or stakeholder relationship.
- Willing to work on night shifts; or based on business needs.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City; hybrid set-up.
