  British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Portuguese) in Costa Rica

  In this role you will be responsible to do analyses and adjustments in the account receivable (AR), and send reports for the Brasil market.

  Your key responsibilities will include

  • Manage multiple customer accounts for debt collection efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all Global Collection policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.
  • Proactive Customer relationship building continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
  • Report accounts receivable status
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

  What are we looking for?

  • Advanced Portuguese level.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel Knowledge.
  • 1-2 years OTC experience (cash operations, credit knowledge can be an asset).
  • Student or graduated of finance, accounting, economics or business administration.
  • Communication skills.
