If so, then Hajoca Corporation would like you to join our dedicated team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator. Our team has been servicing the community for years. We are a close-knit group that works together to provide the best service to both new and existing customers.


      The Accounts Receivable Administrator gathers information from banks, customers, Branch team members, the financial system, and the point of sale system to assist with applying payments, reconciling the cash accounts, and responding to requests from customers, Branch team members, and Credit offices.

      As an Accounts Receivable Administrator with Hajoca your specific duties will include but are not limited to:
      •Apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner

      •Reconcile cash accounts daily

      •Respond to accounts receivable and billing policy and procedure inquiries from customers, Branches, and Credit offices in a timely manner

      •Investigate and resolve customer payment issues

      •Identify payment transmission issues and escalate them to the appropriate process owner

      All interested applicants must possess:
      •Some college and 3 years of work experience or a college degree and less than a year of work experience

      •Outstanding customer service and communication skills

      •Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)

      •The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers

      •The ability to plan and prioritize competing assignments

      •The ability to gather, verify, organize, and analyze information from multiple sources

      Our ideal candidate will also:
      •Three or more years of accounting, customer service, or training experience

      •Wholesale distribution experience

      •Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
