What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the main billing liaison between customers and the employer, overseeing billing and accounts receivable tasks
- Establish procedures for data collection related to billing and revenue
- Translate complex contract terms into customer billing
- Prepare monthly receivable statements and maintain accurate customer databases
- Participate in month-end close processes, including accruals and journal entries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules and GAAP
- Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Excel software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday software
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
