Enter and apply payments via checks, cash, EFT, online bill pay, and drivers in SAP.

Perform collection procedures per SOPs and escalate to supervisor when needed.

Review accounts for compliance with Nevada credit laws and company SOPs.

Maintain accurate notes, contact updates, and terms for 1,000+ customer accounts.

Make courtesy calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Reconcile accounts, research disputes, and work with internal teams to resolve issues.

Distribute monthly statements and notify sales/customers of returned payments and term changes.

Provide high-level customer service and maintain good working relationships.

Solve problems under time pressure while maintaining accurate customer records.

Handle large volumes of orders and calls independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in accounts receivable or similar role.

Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP system.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage a large portfolio of customer accounts.

Knowledge of credit laws and collections processes.
-
Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsible for entering customer payments into SAP, researching and reconciling discrepancies and credits, and maintaining all aspects of the customer account portfolio. This includes updating contact information, account notes, performing courtesy calls, and addressing customer requests.
