Job Description
- Req#: 8332
- Daily collection calls to customers.
- Follow up on all discrepancies and resolve customer account issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for data entry of payment receipt and remit into ERP.
- Liaise with sales department to resolve discrepancies and provide adjustments as required.
- Work with on-line banking program to retrieve cash receipts.
- Coordination of matching and charge backs created with proper documentation for distribution. Distribution of credit memo’s.
- Input of various credit memo’s as required.
- Special projects and other data requirements.
- Performs other similar and related duties as required.
- High School Education, college course work in accounting.
- 0-2 years experience in an office environment/data entry.
- Basic understanding of accounting functions and basic knowledge of economics, sales, and marketing.
- Requires close attention to detail, ability to audit work to identify issues and implement processes to prevent errors.
- Must have good verbal and written communications skills.
- Good computer skills, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and email software.

Various documentation requirements for customers and other team members. Filing, copying, printing, and communication with internal and external customers.
