- Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio of complex accounts across multiple sales channels driven by work queue strategies.
- Initiate customer calls and generate delinquent notices.
- Perform account adjustments, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance business and customer experience.
- Recommend and lead initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in and support systems improvements focused on streamlining the collection process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and process gaps, proposing creative solutions.
- Manage trends of unpaid balances and work closely with internal and external customers to recommend solutions.
- Research and resolve unpaid balances, short-paid balances, pricing discrepancies, deductions, misapplied payments, and credit memos.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of rebates and other promotional programs relevant to your accounts.
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit & Collections.
- Experience driving changes and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Oracle experience is highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
