- Req#: 6170
- Partner with Finance Department and Regional leadership on accountant receivables (A/R) and client project maintenance for billing and account accuracy
- Track all outgoing proposals and contract amendments for new and active projects in the Southeast Division
- Maintain documentation on the invoice process, billing contacts, etc. for clients
- Monitor and proactively provide A/R status to Project Managers and Senior Leaders in the Southeast Division
- Issue weekly A/R status reports and schedule weekly meetings to review
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement solutions
- Adhere to internal and external financial standards and ensure compliance
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred
- 7+ years of experience with accounts receivable collections
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with contracts/proposals relating to engineering services or other professional services a plus
- Strong mathematical skills and accounting knowledge
- Effective attention to detail, problem solving, and organizations skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
