- Manage and control the Sales Order booking process including creation, follow through, and timeliness of entry.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure accurate recording of booking details and maintain organized records.
- Oversee accounts receivable process including invoicing, collections, and proper cash management.
- Generate and distribution of accurate invoices in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Prepare and provide reports or other information as requested by the finance team.
- Provide recommendations to improve collections, and other processes to increase cash flow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable functions.
- Recent leadership, multinational credit policy work, and modern system fluency experience are required.
- Must have experience with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Cross-cultural experience is a huge plus.
- Willing to work on the Eastern Time Zone or the Central Time Zone

The Accounts Receivable Manager position will oversee our sales booking operations and manage accounts receivable processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen. This role requires the ability to coordinate sales order booking activities, monitor outstanding invoices, and implement strategies to optimize cash flow. The AR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
