  Position Overview:

  This position will be responsible for the Sutter Community Connect billing and Account Receivables. The program currently serve 300+ practices and 700+ physicians. The AR Processor II will be responsible for maintaining the full program Account Receivable accounts such as invoicing, payments, refunds, credits, past due & etc. This position will have daily interactions with Physicians and Office Managers so good customer service and communication skills are a must. Sutter Community Connect is a highly regulated and compliance program. This position will be required to track the account receivable accounts against the contracts and compliance rules & regulations. The AR Processor II will be responsible to report and communicate the program account receivable status to internal stakeholder on a regular basis.

  Job Description:

  This is a work from home position. Candidates must live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas or Utah.
  
  EDUCATION:
  Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

  • HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience

  
  TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year recent relevant experience

  
  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proven accounting/ analytical skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheet, database programs and email
  • Excellent organizational problem solving and analysis skills
  • Must be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to tolerate fluctuating workloads and changing deadlines.

  Pay Range is $23.37 to $31.55 / hour. Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas Pay Range is $21.03 to $28.39 / hour. Arizona, Idaho, Utah Pay Range is $18.69 to $25.24 / hour.

  The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
