      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform accurate ICD and CPT coding, data entry, and claims processing for various medical services
      - Scrub claims for clean submission and address appeals/denials in a timely manner
      - Collaborate with billing companies, hospitals, and insurance payers as required
      - Conduct coding audits and assist in educational initiatives as directed
      - Maintain compliance with CMS and other payer guidelines in coding and billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required
      - 3-4 years of coding and/or medical office and billing experience
      - Proficiency in EMR software and multiple Microsoft Office applications
      - Advanced knowledge of E&M and procedural coding preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Specialty clinical experience in Gastroenterology
      - Strong communication skills for clear interaction with patients and coworkers
      - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
      - Experience in a high-pressure environment with a focus on patient care
