      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues
      - Analyze denied claims and identify reasons for discrepancies
      - Communicate with payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
      - Document all activities related to claims in the appropriate tracking system
      - Demonstrate initiative by identifying trends and communicating issues to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Excellent verbal communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
      - Ability to meet quality and productivity standards within established timelines
      - Must comply with required attendance policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 or more years of relevant experience in medical collections, AR follow-up, or related fields
      - Knowledge of claims review and analysis
      - Working knowledge of revenue cycle and medical terminology
      - 2 or 4-year college degree is a plus
      - Experience using payer websites and the DDE Medicare system
