      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Bill all patient claims in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment
      - Perform claims follow-up activities, including status checks and necessary corrections
      - Work through daily claims rejection lists, addressing issues related to eligibility and coordination of benefits
      - Utilize clinical applications and payer websites to gather medical documentation and billing guidelines for corrected claims
      - Maintain effective relationships with carrier representatives and clients while staying updated on billing and collections guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of one year of healthcare or insurance billing processing experience
      - Knowledge of accounts receivables (A/R) processes
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPC codes
      - Familiarity with medical office procedures and billing practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
      - Experience with eClinicalWorks software
      - Proficiency in medical anatomy and physiology
      - Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding
