      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process account and claim corrections in collaboration with hospital/practice leadership
      - Conduct in-depth analysis of client and claim files prior to electronic submission to payers
      - Analyze open accounts receivable and formulate follow-up strategies to secure cash flow
      - Assist in training other team members and provide support across departments
      - Communicate effectively with payers and assist customers with billing inquiries and concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent years of related experience required
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or related field
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care structures
      - Certification in coding and/or insurance preferred
      - HFMA CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) required within the first year of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 billing
      - Specialized customer service training
      - Familiarity with payer-specific requirements and billing processes
