- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounting across any industry is a plus.
- Must be comfortable collaborating with clients and senior management.
- Strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Open daily mail and process customer check payments by coding and recording checks in accounting software.
- E-deposit checks to the bank.
- Code and record ACHs, wires, credit card, and web payments received daily.
- Daily scanning of all cash receipts backup.
- Answer calls, process client payments, and notify Billing and Collections if calls pertain to them.
- Corporate and Department Credit Card Management:
- Reconcile monthly statements with receipts.
- Code and enter expenses in accounting software.
- Support for Departmental Personnel:
- Provide backup for the Accounts Payable process.
- Assist with Office Services (mail, office, etc.).
- Participate in various accounting and administrative projects as assigned.

Summary: We seek a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our administrative accounting team. This pivotal role entails managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the prompt collection of invoices to optimize cash flow. The specialist will cultivate client relationships to address payment-related issues and contribute to financial reporting, supporting the organization's growth and stability.
