      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate the root cause of unresolved claims, including denials and underpayments
      - Troubleshoot and correct claim data to ensure clean claims are processed
      - Dispute inaccurate denials with insurance payors and submit appeals when necessary
      - Collaborate with insurance payors and partner facilities for claim resolution
      - Maintain detailed documentation and complete daily accounts receivable logs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of medical billing and accounts receivable experience
      - Advanced expertise in revenue cycle management and insurance claims processing
      - Strong understanding of insurance denials and the ability to read EOBs
      - Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a CPB or CPC (or CPC-A) is preferred but not required
      - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
      - Experience navigating multiple web browsers and using MS Office applications
      - Dependable and adaptable to changing procedures in a growing work environment
