      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims, determining reasons for denials and reprocessing claims for payment
      - Identify root causes of denial trends and recommend improvements to prevent future denials
      - Perform accurate write-offs for uncollectible accounts in adherence to company policies
      - Participate in team meetings to share insights on denial trends and enhance processes
      - Meet established productivity and quality metrics, collaborating with supervisors to improve performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associate Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing, including CPT/ICD-10 coding and insurance claim requirements
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
