      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct accurate and timely follow-ups on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims to meet collection targets
      - Research claim denials and correct/reprocess claims for payment in a timely manner
      - Identify root causes of denial trends and recommend solutions to department leadership
      - Participate in team meetings to share insights on denial trends and improve workflows
      - Meet established productivity and quality metrics, regularly reviewing results with the supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and various insurance claim requirements
      - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills

      - Proven track record of accomplishing tasks in a high-performing team environment
