What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Remotely set up training appointments with customers/caregivers
- Travel to customers' homes to provide personalized training on PT/INR equipment
- Explain test reporting options to customers
- Maintain professional communication and documentation with Acelis Connected Health
- Utilize secure encrypted email for communication involving customers' PHI

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Clinical experience as a current Registered Nurse
- Direct experience/exposure to anticoagulation management, homecare, or allied health
- Health education training experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds with assistance
- Completion of assigned educational prerequisites
- Proficiency in computer and smart device usage
- Ability to troubleshoot basic website and application issues on smart devices
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip
- Additional background step required for trainers in Florida

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
