      • Coordinates ordering, dispensing and handling of IP and ancillary supplies.
      • Maintain clinical supplies inventory and organize clinical supply shipments
      • Ensures IP-related clinical trial records including the receipt, preparation, dispensing and return of IP are maintained per USP, DEA and GCP requirements. Maintains randomization schedule for blinded studies.
      • Responsible for DEA related activities for controlled substances used at the ACPRU
      • Generates and maintains SOPs, Work Instructions and Business Process documents pertaining to ACPRU pharmacy operations, including procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs.
      • Ensures all pharmacy equipment is operational and maintained per the appropriate maintenance schedule.
      • Effectively communicates with ACPRU staff, AbbVie Management and external vendors. Collaborates in the creation of Extemporaneous Dose Preparation Instructions (EDP) and associated study records/templates.
      • Participates as a IP subject matter expert for audits and inspections conducted at the ACPRU

      • BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D with a minimum of 7 years of experience; or MS or equivalent educations with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
      • Licensed Pharmacist
      • Demonstrated ability to learn, understand and master experimental techniques•Ability to multitask and work within aggressive timelines
      • Ability to focus on the future and anticipate pharmacy operation needs.
