      Base pay range

      $60,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

      Overview:

      As an Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into successful property acquisitions. By building strong relationships with potential sellers, you will make competitive offers on their properties with the goal of getting them into escrow. This role is focused on follow-ups and nurturing leads. You will play a vital role in helping property owners solve problems while delivering excellent results. We'll provide you with the training and tools you need to succeed!

      This is an in-office role in Encino, Monday through Friday, with after-hours availability. Regular working hours are typically 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

      Compensation:

      • Base Pay (First 60 Days): $4,000/month
      • After 60 Days: $2,000 base/month + commission on closed sales volume

      Responsibilities:

      • Make 200+ inbound and outbound calls daily
      • Follow up with pre-qualified leads and make compelling offers on properties
      • Uncover seller motivations and pain points to confidently close deals
      • Use proven sales strategies and scripts to exceed targets
      • Build trust with sellers by offering customized solutions to meet their needs
      • Analyze and compare properties to generate cash offers (training provided)
      • Learn key real estate terminology, values, contracts, and repair assessments
      • Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM software
      • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Show initiative and strive for excellence in all tasks

      Typical Day:

      • Begin by engaging with new or untouched leads to gauge their timing and motivation to sell
      • Transition to follow-up calls with existing leads
      • Reconnect with leads who haven't responded or were unreachable
      • Throughout the day, make offers, receive inbound calls, send contracts, and manage other key tasks
