      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to up to three acquisitions editors
      - Assist with the peer review process, including contacting potential peer reviewers and tracking reviews
      - Create and maintain title records in the database
      - Prepare materials for decision-to-publish meetings
      - Format and prepare manuscripts for editing and production

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities
      - Basic research familiarity
      - Proficiency in MS Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the academic environment
      - Familiarity with databases, particularly FileMaker
