      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways to facilitate booking their trips
      - Utilize salesmanship and customer service skills to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue
      - Maintain a detailed and organized approach to manage guest interactions and bookings
      - Participate in a comprehensive six-week training program to prepare for post-training responsibilities
      - Adapt to flexible work schedules, including evenings and weekends, as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
      - Minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Availability for flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
      - Must reside within 50 miles of the Orlando, FL area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing within the travel and hospitality sector
      - Ability to work independently with a self-motivated and positive attitude
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Experience in a customer-facing role that requires problem-solving and adaptability
