What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways to assist with booking
- Utilize sales and customer service techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and bookings
- Collaborate with team members to meet tour volume and department goals
- Adapt to changing schedules and business needs, including evening and weekend shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Must reside within 50 miles of the employer's Orlando, FL location
