- Provide for a daily program of activities planned to provide a consistent, well-structured yet flexible framework for daily living
- Provides for client participation in the planning of activities
- Maintains statistical and other records concerning the functioning and utilization of the service
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- BLS and PMCS certifications required

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the clinical director, the activity therapist shall provide activity services to meet the physical, cultural, recreational, health maintenance, and rehabilitation needs of patients in an outpatient program. Additionally, the activity therapist shall promote the principles and practices of many disciplines, which may include art, dance, movement, music, occupational therapy, and recreational therapy.
