Assist guests and families with games, crafts, and organized recreational activities.

Provide personalized recommendations for on-site and local attractions, dining, and entertainment.

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Help plan, organize, and supervise scheduled events and daily activities.

Monitor activity areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Maintain activity equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of designated areas.

Support team members with set-up and take-down of event spaces and activities.
-
Keep accurate records of attendance, inventory, and guest feedback.

Handle guest concerns or questions with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Promote upcoming events and programs to encourage participation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
-
Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest services preferred.
-
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
-
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
-
Indoor and outdoor recreational areas.
-
Frequent interaction with families and children.

Active role requiring movement, standing, and some lifting of supplies.
