What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to support strategic and operational decisions
- Establish metrics, conduct data analyses, and support business intelligence initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs and troubleshoot data-related issues
- Ensure data integrity by developing and executing processes and controls around data flow
- Make independent decisions regarding work methods and approaches in ambiguous situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Minimum of 2 years of actuarial experience in healthcare (preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAS or other coding skills
- Medicare experience
- Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings
