      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop rate review analysis for Caterpillar Insurance programs
      - Maintain management reports for core lines of business
      - Assist with pricing of reinsurance treaties and reserve analysis
      - Support product development and actuarial services for Caterpillar Insurance customers
      - Adhere to continuous improvement objectives of the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in finance and insurance communities
      - Proficiency in windows-based computer software
      - Strong time management, organization, and planning skills
      - Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
      - Advanced statistical and mathematics computation skills
      - Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of exempt actuarial experience
      - Completion of at least 2 actuarial exams sponsored by the Casualty Actuarial Society recommended

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of and experience with financial and insurance associations
      - Familiarity with actuarial studies and data extraction
      - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Human relations skills
