What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data for strategic and operational decision-making
- Establish metrics, provide data analyses, and support business intelligence initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, and develop cost-effective resolutions
- Ensure data integrity by developing and executing processes and controls around data flow
- Make independent decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
- Ability to interpret data and determine appropriate courses of action with minimal direction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of actuarial experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in SAS or other coding skills
- Experience with Medicare
- Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings
