Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an Acute Adult Consultant Psychiatrist to join the team at Arbury Court hospital, part of Elysium Healthcare. You will be responsible for providing care and treatment for adult women with a wide range of mental health issues, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care programmes. Main duties of the job
As an Acute Adult Consultant Psychiatrist at Arbury Court hospital, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and treatment for adult women with complex mental health needs. Your duties will include conducting psychiatric assessments, managing physical and mental health concerns, and providing individualised approaches to care. You will also contribute to service development, governance processes, and build positive relationships with external stakeholders. The role includes second on-call duties, with opportunities for additional paid locum shifts.

Working 37.5 hours a week, you will provide care and treatment for adult women with a wide range of mental health issues, responsible for delivering care programmes, managing physical and mental health concerns and providing individualised approaches to the care and treatment of people admitted to the hospital.
Arbury Court are seeking a Full Time Consultant Psychiatrist for Clover (female acute) ward.
Arbury Court is situated outside Warrington, just off the M62 and close to Liverpool, Manchester, and Chester. There are excellent transport links, making the hospital highly commutable from across the North West.

This role includes second on-call duties (currently 1 in 17-18 for full time consultants) and the ward has middle-grade support. There are also opportunities for voluntary paid extra first on call locum shifts, and time back in lieu for on-call work.
