      Ad Sales Marketing Manager

      America’s Test Kitchen is seeking an Ad Sales Marketing Manager to assist in all aspects of the company’s ad sales and partnership processes. This position reports to the VP, Brand Partnerships, and is based in Boston, MA. The Ad Sales Marketing Manager must be a highly-organized individual who enjoys preparing decks, slides, campaign reports, and the like, and also interfacing with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-platform ad sales marketing, and familiarity with the cycles and steps inherent in closing, fulfilling and renewing partnerships.

      Primary Responsibilities

      Pre-Sale:

      • Work to develop successful brand presentations and media opportunities for clients

      • Assist in brainstorming conversations with internal teams

      • Create customized decks tailored to prospective clients and their marketing needs

      • Help prepare for pitch meetings

      Post-Sale

      • Execute media programs across America's Test Kitchen and its properties for platforms including, but not limited to, TV, print, video, podcasts, social and email

      • Work with cross-functional teams to help execute assets for various media projects

      • Communicate timelines and set expectations for project deliverables

      • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations as needed

      • Meet with clients regularly to ensure marketing programs are meeting and exceeding client expectations

      • Work with the Data & Analytics team to produce post-campaign recap reports for clients

      Overall

      • Create and update library of sell sheets, which may include research and audience demographics, to use for ongoing media programs

      • Ideate with internal teams to provide unique ad sales solutions for clients

      • Assist in defining sales messaging that enables America’s Test Kitchen to clearly differentiate its capabilities in the marketplace

      • Research clients and agencies to understand their marketing spends, focus and goals.

      • Assist in researching marketplace trends and industry insights

      • Work to improve overall ad sales marketing processes and workflows

      Skills & Experience

      • At least 3 - 5 years of ad sales marketing experience required

      • Proven track record creating a high volume of campaign pitch decks and proposals

      • Strong understanding of multimedia sales processes including TV, OTT and digital

      • Experience working on campaigns with brand integrations a plus

      • Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner

      • Comfort working under tight deadlines

      • Knowledge of lifestyle media space and companies preferred

      • Passion for and knowledge of food media properties a bonus

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep clients and agencies apprised of project timelines and deliverables

      • Excellent Powerpoint/Google Slides skills required; proficiency with PhotoShop and/or similar design software a plus
