      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide domain expertise in Optum Adaptive Portal
      - Facilitate requirement-gathering activities and maintain communication with stakeholders
      - Develop business context diagrams and define future state requirements
      - Collaborate with Product Management to define business needs and vision
      - Create and manage product/team backlog

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED
      - 2+ years of experience in business analysis or development role
      - 1+ years of product ownership experience within an Agile framework
      - 1+ years of Project management experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience working in UMR CPS, Aerial / Optum, Clinical Knowledge, Optum Adaptive Portal domains
      - Experience with Microsoft Visio
      - Understanding of data structure in healthcare domains
