- Support and grow alumni engagement through events, communication, and service opportunities
- Manage and maintain our alumni database (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Coordinate and schedule alumni volunteer for speaking, writing, and peer support engagements
- Provide leadership and support to alumni-led recovery groups
- Assist with organization workshops, on-site retreats, and community events
- Collaborate on newsletters and contribute to strategic communications planning
- Help ensure all alumni feel seen, heard, and supported in their ongoing recovery journey
- Degree in Human Services or related field preferred (experience may be substituted for education)
- Graduate of Pavillon strongly preferred
- Peer Recovery Certification is a plus
- Lived experience and deep knowledge of 12-Step Recovery programs required

Are you passionate about community, connection, and recovery? Do you enjoy creating meaningful experiences and supporting others on their journey? Pavillon is looking for and inspiring and organized Alumni Services Coordinator to help strengthen our alumni network and lead impactful engagement opportunities.
As a valued member of our team, you’ll be the friendly and familiar face of Pavillon for our alumni—connecting through in-person events, digital outreach, and creative engagement strategies. You’ll help foster a strong, supportive network by organizing impactful events, retreats, and workshops designed to inspire ongoing growth and recovery.
