      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Instructor of Record for EDLDR 861, delivering course content online
      - Facilitate student learning and engagement in alignment with departmental expectations
      - Communicate proactively with students, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
      - Hold office hours as needed to assist students
      - Provide detailed feedback on assignments and return graded work promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong online teaching skills and experience in higher education
      - Commitment to student engagement and success
      - Ability to communicate effectively and responsively with students
      - Experience with course content delivery and feedback provision
      - Successful completion of background checks in accordance with university policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience teaching in educational policy or related fields
      - Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology
      - Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive learning environment
