      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach no more than 22 credit hours per calendar year
      - Deliver online courses within the department
      - Adhere to ethical standards, state laws, and international regulations
      - Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
      - Demonstrate best practices in clinical training in Counseling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience teaching in an online environment
      - Licensed as a LPCC, LPC, or LMHC for a minimum of 2 years
      - Preferred certification in Board Certified Telemental Health provider (BC –TMH) or willingness to pursue certificate
      - Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP accredited program
      - TCSPP training in online pedagogy (TOPS) or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with online pedagogy and experience in virtual teaching environments
      - Expertise in telehealth modalities
