Job Description
- Req#: ADMIN018866
- Act as the fired liaison between operations and accounting departments for all financial elements related to the project.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Assist with entering daily revenue into accounting software
- Assist with processing monthly invoices and billings to various customers
- Assist with tracking contract changes
- Assist with needs as requested
- Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company/project specific programs and software through development and coaching
- Experience with Excel, PDF, Smartsheet
- Strong organizational skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Independent, self-starter
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
