      • Develops and maintains a high level of understanding of the Company, the business, and the culture.
      • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive Team and internal departments.
      • Demonstrates leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
      • Develops a strong, strategic partnership with the team to improve day to day efficiency.
      • Works closely and effectively with the Sr leadership team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Executive Team updated.
      • Maintains strictest confidence and discretion at all times.
      • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:
        1. proactively manages the leaderships’ calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on frequent and last-minute changes
        2. completes expense reports timely
        3. plans internal and external meetings and managing all logistics, including arranging/reserving conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services as needed
        4. creates reports as needed
      • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
        1. coordinates domestic and international travel
        2. is familiar with the specific, detailed needs of the Executive Team and travel partners
        3. creates consistent travel itinerary portfolios for reference and is available during travel times to quickly address any last-minute changes or cancellations
        4. compiling documents for travel-related meetings
      • Proactively looks for ways to increase efficiency and provide support.
      • Monitors progress and coordinate special projects for the leadership team, ensuring deliverables are accurate and on-time.
      • Establishes and maintains harmonious working relationships with company leadership, co-workers, team members and clients ensuring effective collaboration. Proactively develops relationships with key internal and external contacts gaining the recognition as a highly proficient and valued team resource. Provide assistance and/or guidance to other Team Members as needed. Manages any stress on the job, including but not limited to meeting deadlines. Provides excellent customer service and professionalism. Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times.

          The duties described above are not inclusive. Additional duties may be permanently assigned or required from time to time due to the need to respond to customer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace.

        • Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

          • High school degree or equivalent required.
          • Minimum of five (5) years of executive administrative experience.
          • Advanced experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
          • Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
          • Fluently speak, read, and write English.
          • Experience meeting crucial deadlines.
          • Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills.
          • Experience supporting multiple executives.
          • Advanced verbal and written skills.
          • Good problem-solving skills with a pro-active attitude.
          • Posses a positive mental attitude even under extreme pressure
          • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
          • Position spends approximately 90% of time sitting at a desk and 10% standing or walking.
          • Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking; bending; pushing; pulling; sitting for extended periods of time at a desk using a computer, phone and headset; and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 20 pounds.
          • Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
          • Will primarily work from the corporate office but may occasionally work remotely. Reliable internet access is required.
          • Must have a valid drivers’ license and access to a vehicle for running errands.

        This position is onsite at our McKinney office until training is completed, then can be a hybrid role with some work from home opprotunity. The salary for this role is $58,000-$68,000 annually.
