Answer telephone calls and take messages

Greet visitors to the HCC Administrative Office
-
Receive and organize correspondence. Compose, type, and distribute letters, memos, and reports, including donation requests, guest complaints/questions, and staff and Operating Committee meeting minutes

Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying documents, faxing, referencing information in files, etc.

Compile and edit monthly member newsletter
-
Track schedules for managers
-
Order flowers and process purchase orders
-
Issue gift certificates
-
Coordinate member's guest rooms reservations
-
Perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma. Formal secretarial training preferred.

Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.

Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills.

Ability to work with Lotus, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Physical requirements include communicating clearly, sitting for long periods of time, reaching, repetitive motion, viewing a computer screen, and finger dexterity.

Regular schedule includes Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

This position provides administrative and secretarial support to Hershey Country Club's General Manager, Membership Sales Manager, and Director of Food & Beverage.
