Admin Assistant/Office Manager
NFI Vermont, Inc. a non-profit mental health agency that supports children, adolescents, and families is looking for an enthusiast individual to perform the following duties:
· Open and closing of the administrative office
· Answering the phones, greeting visitors
· Ordering supplies, mail distribution
· Maintaining the phone system, scheduling meetings, data entry
· Provide administrative support to programs
Excellent customer service skills and computer skills required. This 40 hour/week 8:30am to 4:30pm in office position offers a generous benefits package including tuition reimbursement. Salary range $19.00 to $21.00 per hour per experience.
