- Completion of diploma or bachelor degree.
- Min 2 years’ experience in health insurance administration process.
- Customer service excellence, detail oriented person.
- Have knowledge about insurance Industry.
- Good command in English
- Certified AAMAI or equivalents are advantages.
- Have a good Microsoft Office skills; excel and word
Perform maintain all administration process in commercial department including receive new business, renewal & endorsement documents, prepare & provide several reports (production, large risk, claim) and filling all documents that produce in department, in order to support department performance.
