• Managing office operations: will be responsible for managing the dayto-
day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies,
managing office equipment, and ensuring that the office is clean and
organized.
• Handling administrative tasks: will be responsible for handling
administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to
emails, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
• Involve acting as liaisons between businesses and government entities.
Facilitate communication, handle paperwork, and ensure compliance
with regulations on behalf of Lincoln.
• Coordinating office budgets: will be responsible for managing the
office budget, including tracking expenses, preparing financial reports,
and ensuring that expenses are within budget.
• Coordinating meetings and events: will be responsible for coordinating
meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and
arranging for necessary equipment and supplies.
• Maintaining records: will be responsible for maintaining office records,
including employee records, financial records, and other important
documents.
• Ensuring compliance: will be responsible for ensuring that the office is
following all relevant laws and regulations.
• Act as the point of contact on arranging travel, visas and
accommodation for guests as needed
• Arrange MS Teams meeting for online events. Create the invitation,
adding attendees, monitoring registrations for approval, prepare
training certificates
• Manage the MEA MKT (KSA sales meeting/demos) activity calendar.
• Manage our customer experience by organizing the customer visits
process. Maintain marketing collateral inventory and the office supplies (i.e.
identifies re-order points, plans for replenishment from internal or
external vendors)Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business
or Administration.
1 to 2 years of experience in
general administration role.
Knowledge and capabilities in
software use such as Microsoft
Office, Outlook, Salesforce.
Ability to demonstrate and
execute creativity in marketing
outputs.
Fluency in written and spoken
English and Arabic
