- Extensive clerical experience in a receptionist/customer service position.
- Computer Literacy with demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills applied to a customer service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve quality service outcomes.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of consumers from a range of diverse cultural, linguistic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.

What you'll be doing
The provision of a range of frontline clerical/administrative and billing support services to the disciplines of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology within their outpatient’s facilities.
To provide a high quality administrative service to patients, their families and carers accessing services through the Allied Health outpatient clinics of Westmead Hospital.
