      This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks’ notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.

      About You

      • Demonstrated computer/data entry skills with competency in the use of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis in CCLHD e-Systems, including eMR, Surginet OR demonstrated ability to learn such systems.

      • Demonstrated customer service skills and experience.
      • Ability to exercise basic problem-solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.

      The role is vital in ensuring efficient service provision for the operating theatres is maintained at an optimal level. This involves ensuring accurate data entry to enable reports to be completed related to perioperative performance, as well as ensuring timely delivery of perioperative care to patients and contributes to the overall patient flow through Operating Theatres.
