- Support the day-to-day POS configurations and integrated applications, including new locations and users, menu and menu rollout implementation, promotions.
- Assist with maintaining the integrity of the POS system(s) and maximizing the overall usefulness of the system for a variety of users.
- Troubleshooting and working closely with Sr. POS administrator to identify and resolve POS issues with venders and internal teams.
- Assisting with department-wide POS data reporting, including sales, sales mix reporting and promotion results.
- Support ongoing operational processes related to IT such as restaurant openings, training & menu roll outs.
- Assisting with the maintenance of strong system controls and user permissions.
- Partners with finance in reviewing cash variations and irregular transaction.
- Assist Finance in setting up departmental and property reports, analyses and dashboards.
- Adapt quickly and effectively to procedural changes and assist with other special projects.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.

- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- One year experience within various POS system functionality, API (Application Program Interface) and menu item construction or equivalent technology experience working with data.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.

- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

- Ability to obtain position specific licensing if required.
- Work is typically performed in the office and in the individual F&B Outlets.
- Must be tolerant of varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.

Summary Statement:
The POS System Administrator is responsible for helping maintain, administering, and supporting Resorts World Point of Sale (POS) systems and other systems. This position supports the larger hospitality operations team with implementing and achieving department goals that support the overall property strategic tactics.
