- Experience of general office duties. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Understanding of confidentiality and how to maintain this. Knowledge of office systems and processes (SystmOne). Experience of working in a healthcare setting.

Job summary
Well Up North LTD have a new and exciting opportunity for an Admin Support Assistant to join our Primary Care Network in North Northumberland.
Based in our Morpeth Hub within the NHS Centre, you may also be required to travel to other sites across North Northumberland and therefore a clean driving licence and own transport is essential.
Previous experience in primary care is not essential, although experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work alongside our Lead PCN Pharmacist, David Pearse, and other clinicians within the Well Up North Primary Care Network Pharmacy Team.
The role involves managing pharmacy team tasks, maintaining accurate records of referrals and interventions, organising follow-up appointments, and running CQC searches. A full list of responsibilities can be found in the job description.
