Job summary
The Coastal Partnership is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for an Administration Apprentice to join our team.
This varied role will provide hands-on experience across a range of administrative tasks, helping to support the smooth and effective running of our organisation.
Main duties of the job
Administration Apprentice Role Overview
The Administration Apprentice will provide vital support across administration, HR, and finance functions. Key responsibilities include organising and minute-taking for meetings, coordinating training sessions, and managing patient records. The role also supports the HR team with recruitment administration, staff correspondence, and monitoring training compliance. On the finance side, the apprentice will assist with invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, credit control, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a varied role offering hands-on experience across multiple business areas, ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in administration.
