      Job summary

      The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, accomplished and versatile player in the team ensuring the keys tasks within the administration function are carried out in a timeous manner.

      Main duties of the job

      This position is a general administration post and would be involved in all aspects of the administration function within the practice. This member of the team would be required to carry out the following duties:-

      • Accurately read code data on SystemOne
      • Identify relevant clinical information documented in patient correspondence, code appropriately and complete detailed actions
      • Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching these documents to the patients Health Record
      • Typing Letters and associated documentation as required
      • Liaise with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referral are processed efficiently
      • Process referrals using the electronic referral system
      • Manage administrative queries as required
      • Support clinical staff with general administrative tasks

      We have a growing list size with 5 Partners, 10 Salaried GP's and a wide range of allied health professionals including: pharmacists, MSK practitioners and social prescribers.
